abstract Implant part for osteosynthesis, for stabilising a fracture, consists of a physiologically inert C fibre-reinforced material. Variations in spatial arrangement of C fibres in material and specific elasticity of C fibre quality selected allow elastic behaviour of an osteosynthesis plate to be adjusted to elasticity modulus of bone. Decalcification and structural changes of bone are prevented. Implants are compatible with tissue and cause no toxic change of surrounding tissue.
