A sheet of laminated safety glass having at least two glass sheets (17, 21; 16, 20), between which one or more plastic sheets (47, 46) which are bonded to the glass sheets or to one another by means of multilayer PVC films (23, 25; 22, 24) is or are arranged is used as an intruder-proof (burglar-proof) multiple glazing system. To this end, at least one of the glazing elements (13, 14) of the multiple glazing system which comprises at least two glazing elements arranged at a mutual separation is used.
