abstract |
Additive compsns. for petroleum distillates comprises (a) 50-90 wt.% of a soln. of the polymer reaction product of an epihalohydrin and an N-()=12 c alkyl)polyamine (I); (b) 10-50 wt.% of a soln. of the polymeric reaction product of an epihalohydrin and a primary >=12C alkylamine (II); (c) 1-10 wt.% of a 1-5 a alcohol; and (s) 1-10 wt.% of a copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. The compsns. improve the anti-icing, detergency, anticorrosion and water-shedding (demulsifying) properties of gasoline fuels and improve the oxidative stability and anticorrosion properties of distillate fuels oils. |
