abstract Process is claimed for producing hollow bodies and containers with a frosted effect from a PVC moulding compsn., the compsn. contg. vinyl chloride homo- or copolymerisers of K value 55-65 pref. 58-61 and contg. stabilisers, lubricants and opt pigments, plasticisers and reinforcing agents. etc. The process comprises moulding the compsn. at 170-240 (180-220) degrees C to obtain a frosted or icy effect on the hollow body using a blow extruding or deep drawing technique and finally cooling.
