| abstract | Mouth to mouth resuscitation apparatus with a mouthpiece and tube for the patient and a seal to close off the mouth as well as a hose clamp fastened by a ring to the mouth tube, and with a mouthpiece for the resuscitator, whereby a known air purifying cartridge especially containing potassium peroxide is connected between the tube and mouthpiece for the resuscitator over connectors. Pref. some of the connectors are constructed so taht they can be coupled in and valves with a connector for an air filter. A container is arranged in the air purifying cartridge with a moisture or carbon dioxide dispensing agent which is opened by removing a cover from the air purifying cartridge. |
