| abstract | The two-armed lever with a slit hole (4) can be swivelled and displaced about a frame bolt (2) against the action of a spring (5). The first arm (13) of this lever provides the operating nose (11) while the second arm (14) terminates in a hand lever (15) by means of which the carriage release (3) can first be brought from its disengaged position on a rest stop into a swivelled operating position on a stop (6) and subsequently into a linearly displaced working position. The rest stop and the stop are formed by a bolt rigidly attached to the frame which passes through an aperture (8) in the carriage release. The width of this aperture corresponds to the swivelling path of the carriage release. |
