Inflammation-inhibiting water-contg. compsns. protecting skin against sunlight, contain pantothenol, as anti-inflammatory agent, combined with a sunlight-protective agent, such as benzalazine, p-methoxy-cinnamate or diethyl aminoethyl furyl acrylate hydrochloride. The compsns. are used medicinally, by treating skin ailments caused by exposure to sunlight, and cosmetically. Compsn. can be applied as a spray-foam, with standard propellants; benzalazine decompsn. is prevented. |
