(I) may be prepd. (a) by reacting the 3-unsubstd. analogue with (R6O)2CHNR1R2 where R6 = l. alkyl, and R' and R2 = H, or (b) by transamination, replacing NR7R7 with NR1R2, where R7 = opt. subst. alkyl or aryl, or N(R7)2 is a heterocycle.
