abstract Partition wall consists of a core of plates formed partly from thermal insulation material and a layer of plaster on either side of the core. The plates are laid on top of one another and have grooves at their adjoining edges into which springs engage made of the same material as the plates. The exterior edges of the plates adjoining the wall or ceiling are sloped and have recesses which are filled by the plaster forming reinforcement ribs. Typically each partition plate has a thickness of 8 cm, a length of 100 cm and a width of 50 cm. The insulation material used may be foamed plastic.
