titleOfInvention DETERGENTS AND CLEANING AGENTS WITH A SCAFFOLDING MATERIAL
abstract Washing and cleansing agents, contg. usual detergents and additives, include as builders, 10-60 (15-40) wt.% (w.r.t. total mixt.) of water-soluble salts, having the formula MOOC-CHCH-COOM (where M is alkali metal, esp. Na or K, or opt. substd. NH4, esp. a mono-, di- or tri-ethanol-ammonium ion). (I) have higher washing and complexing power than tripolyphosphates and diglycolic acid salts; are comparable to diglycolic acid and penta-Na-triphosphate w.r.t. suspension power, are more stable to Na perborate and less corrosive to steel than penta-Na triphosphate.
