abstract |
The dentrifices contain difficult sol. Zn salt pref. Zn citrate in admixture with surface active materials viz 20-80% alkyl sulphate and 80-20% alkaryl sulphonate or 70-30% alkyl sulphate and 30-70% alkyl ether sulphate. Specif. claimed surface active materials are Na lauryl sulphate, Na dodecylbenzene sulphonate and an alkali C10-16-alkyl ether sulphate contg. 1-3 mols. ethylene oxide. Tooth polishing materials are al oxide and silicon dioxide. |
