R7 is OH, or H when R5 is cardenolide, or together with R6 forms a double bond); 3 beta-(2',3'-O-isopropylidene-2-L-talomethylosyl)-5 beta, 14 beta-dihydroxy-19-oxocard-20(22)-enolide is a typical cpd.
