abstract | New cpds. of formula (I) (where R1 and R2 are piperazino (opt. 4-substd. by PhCH2, lower alkyl and/or hydroxyalkyl) 1,4-diazacycloheptano morpholino, thiomorpholino, (or its 1-oxide or 1,1-dioxide) hexahydro-1,4-thiazepino (or its 1-oxide) (all these heterocycles are opt. substd. by 1 or 2 lower alkyl gps) dialkanolamino, methylthioethyl-methylamino and/or methylsulphinylethyl-methylamino; R3 and R4 are H, halogen, lower alkyl, Ph and/or NO2) and their acid addn. salts are prepd. in a manner known for analogous cpds. pref. by reacting the corresp. cpd. with an exchangeable gp. e.g. halogen, SH or an alkyl, aryl or aralkyl-thio, -sulphinyl or sulphonyl, in posn. 2 or 4 with R1H or R2H at 0-250 degrees C. (I) where R1 and/or R2 are opt. alkyl-substd. thiomorpholino, hexahydro-1,4-thiazepino or methyl-thioethyl-methylamino can be converted into the corresp. S-oxides or S,S-dioxides by oxidn. Cpds. (I) inhibit thrombocyte aggregation and adhesion, and some have hypotensive activity. |
