A microfluidic device comprising: a disk comprising at least one microfluidic channel path extending radially outward from a center of the disk, the at least one channel path comprising: an inlet for receiving a sample; a first chamber fluidly connected to the inlet; a second chamber fluidly connected to the first chamber, the second chamber positioned radially inward of the first chamber; at least one third chamber fluidly connected to the second chamber via an outlet channel, the at least one third chamber positioned radially outward of the second chamber; and at least one fourth chamber fluidly connected to the at least one third chamber and positioned radially outward of the at least one third chamber; wherein at least one of the first, second, third or fourth chambers contains at least one reagent preloaded with the disc. |
