The non-toxic salt (I) facilitates absorption of the sparingly absorbable adenosine-5-phosphoric acid by combination with lipoid-soluble vitamin E. They are prepd. from tocopherol-mono-succinic acid and adenosine-5-phosphoric acid with MgCl2 in alcohols in presence of NH3.
