titleOfInvention A system for analyzing the effect of vitamin C on stress-induced cardiac dysfunction
abstract A system for analyzing the effect of vitamin C on cardiac remodeling, the system comprising:a delivery unit for delivering vitamin C into the tissue; andan analysis unit for analyzing the effect of vitamin C in tissue consists of:a plurality of first tubes for storing blood samples for coagulation, wherein the coagulated samples are centrifuged at 2-6°C for 5-25 minutes;a plurality of second tubes for collecting a serum creatinine, maintaining the serum creatinine at -70 to -90°C;a tissue collection unit for collecting and preserving the vitamin C supplied tissue, part of the tissue being preserved in 10% phosphate buffered formalin and the remaining part at -60 stored down to -100°C; anda dehydration chamber for dehydrating the preserved tissues in an increasing ethanol gradient after fixation and infiltration at least twice with xylene for about 45 minutes to 80 minutes, wherein the tissues are infiltrated twice with paraffin at 55-75°C for one hour.
