abstract 3-Cyclohexyl-5,6-trimethylene uracil "Lenacil" (RTM) is used, pref. in =1/5 concn. of active ingredients as additional active ingredient in weed killer composition consisting of O-(N-phenylcarbamoyl) -propanone oxide "Proximpham" (TRM) and O-isopropyl-N-phenylcarbamate "Propham" (RTM) (cf DL 32540), particularly for beetroot and vegetable growing, in pre-emergent use. The additive is much better tolerated by beetroot and spinach than other additives mentioned in DL 32540, and has high activity particularly against chemopodium album.
