titleOfInvention Hall element
abstract A Hall element includes a region that has a non-zero Hall constant, a first contact for supplying operating current to a region, a third contact for deriving operating current from a region, the first and third contacts having an operating current direction in the Define the region, a second and a fourth contact for tapping a Hall voltage and a conductor structure which is connected to the first contact or the third contact and essentially surrounds the region to the side or is arranged above or below the region. The conductor structure has the effect that, on the one hand, the natural field of the operating current is suppressed by the Hall element outside the Hall element, in such a way that the Hall element causes at least a reduced offset in adjacent Hall elements. In addition, the arrangement of the conductor structure has the effect that effects of the current feedback on the Hall voltage generated by the Hall element itself are also at least reduced. A reduction in the offset is also possible for both operating current directions of the spinning current operation on one element at the same time by suitable implementation.
