Pathogenic bacteria have long been a threat to humanity, and it has been a goal of the food and medical industries to develop a bactericide that is highly practical and includes spores to the extent that it has a pronounced effect on pathogenic bacteria, that is safe for people and the earth and that is made of metal ions that have an affinity for the body, d. H. those that are essential structural components of the body and compounds that are used in food additives. A bactericide is provided which contains an iron (III) ion (Fe · 3 + ·) and one or more members from the group consisting of sorbic acid, benzoic acid and para-hydroxybenzoic acid esters; a bactericide containing an iron (III) ion (Fe · 3 · +), L-ascorbic acid and one or more members from the group consisting of sorbic acid, benzoic acid and para-hydroxybenzoic acid esters, and an iron (III) ion (Fe · 3 + ·), bactericide containing sorbic acid, benzoic acid and L-ascorbic acid. As a result, the main pathogenic bacteria can be eradicated in a short time, and the bactericide is very stable. |
