abstract Rinse aid, for eliminating detergent residues and making textiles compatible with the skin after laundry, adjusts the final rinse bath to the skin-neutral pH region, and eliminates traces of environmental contamination and detergent residues in textile whilst worn. Preferred Composition: The rinse aid consists of skin-compatible citric acid (100-200 g/l) and lactic acid (100-200 g/l), cyclodextrin to bind surfactants (10-100 g/l), sugar-based sequestrant (10-100 g/l), two skin vitamins, L(+)-ascorbic acid (1-10 g/l) and 4-aminobenzoic acid (0.1-1 g/l) and a cationic emulsifier (0.3-5 g/l).
