The present invention relates to a method for determining the enantioselectivity of kinetic recamate cleavages and of asymmetric reactions of prochiral compounds which carry enantiotope groups, in which isotope-labeled substrates are used, so that with an isotope-specific detection system, e.g. B. an ESI mass spectrometer, the reaction products can be determined quantitatively. The procedure for high-throughput screening can be used in conjunction with automated sample collection. The relevant enantioselective substance conversions can be induced by chiral homogeneous or heterogeneous catalysts, biocatalysts or by stoichiometric amounts of optically active agents. |
