titleOfInvention Cuff composite system for wood, wood materials, wood elements and wood constructions with anchoring and connecting parts
abstract The device uses a filling cement which connects the wood part to the connector. A sleeve is arranged on the wood part and is filled with filling cement so that the connector or other wood part can then be embedded in same with its end projecting into the sleeve. The wood part can have a circumferentially extending recess in the area enclosed by the sleeve so that the sleeve can be fitted in it. The outside of the sleeve in the recess closes flush with the area of the wood part adjoining the recess.
