abstract |
The invention relates to a grate cooler for hot material coming from a combustion device, with at least two cooling grate sections arranged one behind the other and an intermediate crusher provided between them. In order to be able to achieve a relatively low overall height with an optimal cooling effect, the cooling grate section upstream of the intermediate crusher is designed as a sliding grate, while the cooling grate section downstream of the intermediate crusher is designed in the form of a vibrating grate. |
