abstract | A method for producing metallic sintered parts, in which a shaped body is built up in layers, is proposed. Powdery starting material is applied to a movable platform in flat layers, the cross-sectional area to be built is heated by means of a laser beam in such a way that the particles of the powdery starting material are at least partially glued to one another, the binder components contained in the molding are outgassed at elevated temperature and the particles are sintered together connected and the resulting sintered blank is infiltrated by an infiltration material. DOLLAR A A multi-material system consisting of a metallic main component and at least one metallic admixture, which has a lower melting point than the main component, is used as the powdery starting material. The outgassing is carried out with a slow increase in the outgassing temperature in such a way that the shaped body outgasses uniformly.
