Static-discharging thermoplastic resin composition (A) is a compound of 100 parts weight thermoplastic resin (I), 10-200 parts weight polymer (II) with specified surface resistivity, melting point and melt viscosity and 1-100 parts weight fibrous conducting filler (III) with a volume resistivity <= 100 OMICRON <.>cm. (II) has surface resistivity of 10<8> to 10<11> OMICRON at 500 V; melting point \- 100 deg C; apparent melt viscosity of 10-1000 Pa <.> s at 260 deg C and a shear rate of 1000 second<-1>; and ratio of this melt viscosity to the apparent melt viscosity of (I) under the same conditions of 0.01-1.3. Independent claims are also included for (a) a static-discharging resin composition (B) containing (I), (III) and carbon (C) fibres (IV); and (b) a static-discharging resin composition (C) containing (I), (II), (III) and (IV). |
