Solar cell with stacked molecules |
abstract |
The invention relates to a solar cell with at least one active zone which is formed from molecules stacked one above the other. The molecules have at least one n- and at least one p-conducting side. The molecules are arranged one above the other so that the p-type and n-type sides each form their own stack. DOLLAR A The structure according to the invention enables high efficiencies to be achieved if the solar cell is placed in the light in such a way that incident light passes through the stacked molecules. |
