A layered composite material is proposed for stabilizing a core component of molded parts used, for example, in vehicle construction. DOLLAR A The composite material is made up of a) a thermoplastic layer and b) a textile fabric that contains natural fibers, and c) a cover layer that can be stretched in the longitudinal and transverse directions. DOLLAR A It brings advantages by making the reinforcement process cheaper, by replacing the glass fiber currently used from an ecological point of view, by improving the removal behavior from the press mold and by avoiding cracks, particularly in the case of the core component made of PUR molded foam, in places of severe deformation. |
