titleOfInvention Amplifier with temperature compensation function
abstract The circuit comprises an amplifier (100) with a first active component (101) for a HF signal, and an attenuator with a second active component (102) for a HF signal to be fed to the amplifier. A portion of the attenuation is changed in dependence on the change of temp. of the amplifier so that a temp. drift of the amplifier is compensated. The gate of the second active component is earthed, its drain is earthed via a capacitor (103), and its source is coupled to the gate of the first active component. The gate of the second active component may be earthed via a resistor (104). The active elements are FETs or MEMTs.
