In this process, a premix is first prepared from one or more alcohols (a) and a pulverulent substance (b) from the group of builders, foam inhibitors, surfactants, salts and mixtures thereof and then this premix with concentrated alkali metal hydroxide solution, which may contain further cleaning agents, mixed with stirring and simultaneous or subsequent mixing in of inert gas. Air is usually used as the inert gas. The resulting cream-shaped products are characterized by a relatively low viscosity, are easy to dose and quickly dissolve in water. They are particularly suitable for cleaning dishes and systems and equipment in the food industry, but also for washing textiles. |
