Process for cleaning dishes |
abstract |
In one method, a cleaning liquor is used to clean the dishes, which contains both amphoteric surfactant and an oxidizing agent based on oxygen. The interaction of these two components prevents the formation of an odor on the cleaned dishes, as is otherwise very often observed especially in the area of commercial dishwashing. The new process is therefore used with particular advantage when cleaning drinking glasses. |
