The disposable device has an infusion funnel, a microporous membrane with a membrane support and a membrane support unit, it being characterized in that the infusion funnel 1 and membrane support 10 can be fixed to one another, with at least one ejection device 5 for the membrane support 10 being provided on the infusion funnel 1 and membrane support 10 and ejection device 5 are releasably gripped by a membrane support unit 11. The disposable device has the advantage that it is supplied as a sterile disposable article, and the membrane support with membrane can be detached from the infusion funnel and ejected onto a nutrient medium without the risk of external contamination. As a protective unit for the ejection device and for the absolutely sterile handling of the membrane, the entire device is protected by a membrane support unit.
