A ceramic multilayer circuit and a method for its production are proposed which have cost-effective, corrosion-resistant, external contacts or external conductor tracks that are immune to the Kirkendale effect and can be used for different assembly processes. The circuit structure or the method comprises the use of a pure silver paste for the realization of external conductor tracks or external contacts. Corrosion resistance is guaranteed by a thin metallic protective layer. |
