Aqueous skin cleansing agents in the form of viscous lotions, creams or gels containing vegetable abrasives, e.g. B. of natural flours from ground kernels, shells or seeds, have a high stability against enzymatic degradation of the thickeners when biopolymers from the group of extracellular microbial polysaccharides, preferably xanthan gum, are contained as thickeners. Preferred skin cleaning preparations contain 0.5-30% by weight of vegetable abrasives, possibly 0-20% by weight of other abrasives, 0.1-5% by weight of microbial polysaccharide thickener, 0.1-30% by weight. Surfactants, 1-20% by weight glycols, polyols or polyethylene glycols and 20-40% by weight water. |
