titleOfInvention Modified amino resin precondensates, their preparation and their use
abstract Modified amino resin precondensates MAV) are described, a process for their preparation and their use as dispersants and / or in the production of microparticles and / or microcapsules. DOLLAR A The modified amino resin precondensates (MAV) result from the reaction of amino resin precondensates (AV) which are known per se with amines of the general formula (1) and / or with reaction products of amines with aldehydes. Suitable amines for this purpose are amines of the general formula (1), DOLLAR F1 in which the radicals have the following meaning: DOLLAR AR · 1 · = fatty acid residue DOLLAR AR · 2 · = H, fatty acid residue, (CH¶2¶CH¶2 ¶O) ¶x¶H with x = 1 to 50, substituted or unsubstituted benzyl or CH¶2¶CH¶2¶NR · 4 · R · 5 · with R · 4 · = H or (CH¶2¶CH¶ 2¶O) ¶z¶H with z = 1 to 50 and R · 5 · = fatty acid residue, DOLLAR AR · 3 · = H or (CH¶2¶CH¶2¶O) ¶y¶H with y = 1 to 50. DOLLAR A Compounds with one or more CHO groups and 1 to 12 C atoms can be used as aldehydes. DOLLAR A The modified amino resin pre-condensates (MAV) according to the invention have an excellent interfacial activity and, due to their large number of functional groups, can react with other prepolymers, with polymers or with themselves and can thus be incorporated into a polymer composite via covalent bonds.
