Lubricant for constant velocity joints, comprising: (a) a base oil; (b) a diurea thickener obtainable by reacting (i) aniline, (ii) cyclohexylamine and (iii) diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate; (c) a molybdenum dialkyl dithiocarbamate; (d) molybdenum disulfide; (e) at least one extreme pressure agent selected from (e1) zinc dithiophosphates and (e2) sulfur-nitrogen extreme pressure agents, wherein the sulfur content of the sulfur-nitrogen high pressure agent is 5 to 20% by weight and the nitrogen content of the sulfur-nitrogen high pressure agent is 1 to 10% by weight; and (f) a phosphorus-free sulfur extreme pressure agent, wherein the sulfur content of the phosphorus-free sulfur extreme pressure agent is 35 to 50% by weight, wherein the lubricant, based on the total weight of the composition, 1 to 25 wt .-% of the diurea thickener (b); 0.1 to 5% by weight of the molybdenum dialkyl dithiocarbamate (c); 0.1 to 5% by weight of the molybdenum disulfide (d); From 0.05% to 3% by weight of the extreme pressure agent (e) selected from (e1) zinc dithiophosphates and (e2) high pressure sulfur-nitrogen agents; and 0.1 to 5% by weight of the phosphorus-free high pressure sulfuric agent (f). |
