The invention relates to a device for detecting chemical substances having a first 3 and an interacting second fluorophore group 4 having polynucleotide sequence 1 in the region of a secondary structure 2, whose first end E1 bound to a solid phase 5 and the second end E2 a on the chemical substance to be detected bindable or attachable group 6, wherein upon addition of the chemical substance 7 to the second end E2, the secondary structure 2 aufheb- or is changeable, that the interaction is eliminated and thus a fluorescence reaction can be generated. |
