| abstract |
The invention relates to a method and a device for determining blood pressure. A pressure sensor is applied to a limb in order to determine the blood pressure in said limb. According to the invention, a unit for determining orientation determines the orientation of the limb and the blood pressure detected by the sensor is corrected in an evaluating unit according to the orientation which has been determined. |
