Balneological effervescent tablets containing carbonate-/bicarbonate-acid mixture, active component(s) selected from ethereal oils, extracts, perfumes, vitamins and skin care and curative substances and ancillaries also contain lipid component(s), vesicle-forming lipids, oil/water (O/W) and/or water/oil (W/O) surfactant(s), colloid(s) with molecular weight \} 50000 and mineral salts. Balneological effervescent tablets containing 10-97 % carbonate-/bicarbonate-acid mixture, 0-30% active component(s) selected from ethereal oils, extracts, perfumes, vitamins and skin care and curative substances and 0-10% ancillaries also contain 0.1-50% lipid component(s), 0.1-20 wt.% vesicle-forming lipids, 0.1-20% oil/water (O/W) and/or water/oil (W/O) surfactant(s), 0-10% colloid(s) with molecular weight \} 50000 and 0-80% mineral salts. An Independent claim is also included for the production of the tablets by mixing the individual solid components, (partial) granulation, mixing with the liquid components and pressing; or mixing all the components and pressing directly without granulation. |
