abstract The first rotating shaft (22) may fit concentrically inside a second hollow rotating shaft (24). There is a drum (38) with sinusoidally shaped grooves (38a) acting as cams to move the tools. The drum may fit inside a hollow support drum (40) for a support arm or strut (26). There are one or more cam groove followers (42) which engage in the cam grooves to turn rotary movement into linear movement.
