Photographic silver halide emulsion |
abstract |
Spectrally sensitized silver halide emulsion contains a silver halide complexing agent and a soluble halide, with a halogen atom of higher atomic number than in the emulsion, ripened with selenium and/or tellurium compound. Spectrally sensitized silver halide emulsion contains a silver halide complexing agent and a soluble halide, where the halogen atom has a higher atomic number than that in the emulsion, ripened with selenium and/or tellurium compounds. The molar ratio of soluble halide to complexing agent is at most 1:1. An Independent claim is included for a photographic recording material containing the above emulsion. |
