One-component reactive system composition comprises: (i) an alkoxysilane terminated polyurethane (PU), obtained by reacting OH-terminated triols and/or diols with diisocyanates in an equiv. ratio of NCO:OH of 2-1.5:1 to give prepolymers and reacting the free NCO groups of the prepolymers with alkoxysilanes of formula (I); (ii) a curing catalyst and conventional additives; and (iii) hydrophilic plasticiser and optionally reactive tackifier from resins, terpene oligomers, cumarone/indene resins, aliphatic petrochemical resins, modified phenol resins and adducts, obtained by reacting a monofunctional 4-20C alcohol(s) with a diisocyanate(s) to give a prepolymer and further reacting with X-(CH2)-Si(Rp)-(OR<1>)q (I); X = SH, NHR<2>, group (i) or -(NH-CH2-CH2)n-NHR<2>; R = 1-4C alkyl; R<1> = -(CH2-CH2-O)m-R<3> or 1-4C alkyl; R<2> = H or 1-10C hydrocarbon; R<3> = 1-10C alkyl; m = 1-10; n = 1-8; p = 1 or 2; and q = 3-p. Also claimed are the preparation of the composition as above, alkoxysilane adducts obtained by reacting a 4-20C alcohol(s) with a diisocyanate(s) to give a prepolymer and further reacting with (I) as above and their preparation. |
