Engine mounting with: a base layer (12) of natural rubber subject to degradation by heat, oxidation, ozone and ultraviolet radiation, and a coating (16) of two layers, of which the first layer is made of a neoprene-based elastomeric material and the second layer consists of an elastomeric material based on chlorosulfonate polyethylene, wherein the coating (16) is completely cured, so that the base layer (12) is protected against degradation. |
