Affinity viscometry method and viscosimetric affinity sensor |
abstract |
The invention relates to a method of affinity viscosimetry and a viscosimetric affinity sensor based on sensitive liquids, the colloidal components of which are cross-linked by affinity bonds and are located in a flow-through dialysis chamber. The viscosimetric affinity sensor according to the invention is characterized by temporal and / or spatial separation of the analyte diffusion from the viscosity measurement and by the occurrence of high shear rates in the viscosity measurement. An important advantage of the invention is that the volume displacement and structure influence in the matrix to be examined can be kept very low. |
