abstract |
The affinity sensor, according to viscosity, has a flow channel for the sensitive fluid with a dialysis chamber and a connected pump. The pressure control and flow channel geometry give a timed and/or spaced separation of the diffusion of the analytes in the sensitive fluid from the viscosity measurements. The pump power and the fluid flow channel are set so that the maximum shear speed occurs during the measurement process in the sensitive fluid. The maximum shear speed during the dialysis stage occurs in the dialysis chamber and increases by more than twofold to at least 5 s<-1>. |
