abstract The method has the microscopic objects marked via magnetic particles, with application of a magnetic field for deflection of the magnetic reactance complex and examination of a microscope image field for determining the position and/or number of microscopic objects within the magnetic field. The magnetic field may be applied to a flow medium fed along a glass capillary (102) depending into a sample container (104) via a pump (103), with counting of the microscopic objects by evaluation of the microscope image field via a computer program.
