abstract | The cell includes top (23a) and bottom (23b) gates, and source (24a) and drain (24b) electrodes. The bottom gate is coupled to the drain electrode (24b) so that a part of a signal applied to the top gate is induced in the bottom gate. Numerous word lines (22) apply a cell energising signal, and bit lines (21) apply data input and output. The top gate is coupled to a word line, the source electrode to a bit line, and the bottom gate to the drain electrode. The signal induction takes place in the lower gate. |
