titleOfInvention | Vibratory spiral conveyor and use thereof |
abstract | The conveyor has its helix on the inside of a pot (9) subjected to vertical vibration by the armature (12) of an electromagnet (14). A nonmagnetic thin section (4a) of the wall (4) of the vacuum enclosure (3) passes through the gap (15) of about 1 mm between the electromagnet and its armature. The cuprate-based (e. g. YBaCuO or BiSrCaCuO) superconducting material (8) is shaken out of the pot and into a chute (7) from which it falls into a boat or crucible (6) for vapour deposition. |
