A process is disclosed for producing bone cements which contain active substances, as well as thus produced bone substitution materials or implantable depots of pharmacological substances. The bone cement is composed of a solid component and of a liquid component. The liquid component is dissolved in an organic solvent whose proportion does not exceed 50 wt % relative to the liquid component, and this solution is mixed with the solid component. |
