Prepreg layer and molded part from the prepreg layer |
abstract |
A prepreg sheet is prepared by impregnating a base material such as paper or non-woven fabric with a polyurethane (meth)acrylate resin and it is possible to adjust a curing rate of molding materials such as SMC to that of the prepreg sheet, and consequently there is no slipping nor breaking of the sheet when the prepreg sheet and the molding material are molded integrally. The resulting molded article is excellent in gloss, abrasion resistance, antifungal property and chemical resistance. |
