titleOfInvention | Modified lactate dehydrogenase, process for its preparation and its use |
abstract | The invention concerns a modified lactate dehydrogenase which is covalently bonded to an activated polysaccharide, is simultaneously present in the intramolecularly cross-linked form and is stable to alkali at pH values of more than 8.5. The invention further concerns a process for the preparation of this substance and its use. According to the invention, LDH, preferably from pig heart, is covalently bonded to a water-soluble activated polysaccharide and simultaneously cross-linked intramolecularly. According to the invention, a dextran activated by 1-cyano-4-dimethylamino-pyridinium bromide is used as activated polysaccharide. Intramolecular cross-linking is brought about by means of triethanolamine. |
